A new 80 million gallons per day water purification plant with over $130m project cost was led by our CEO, Dominic Gbenoba, PE among other infrastructure projects such as roads and bridges that he handled as Chief Engineer, City of Houston Department of Public Works. Mr. Gbenoba adapted the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) delivery methodology as Project Manager/Chief of Operations.
